Is there a contract?
Yes, there is a contract that will
need to be signed prior to service. We are willing
to make you feel comfortable with the contract that you
will sign and a Technical Advisor will work with you to
meet your needs.

How long until I
can receive service?
Service can be turned
around to you in a matter of days, granted we receive all
signed forms and user information.
Is there any training?
We are
here to make your transition as smooth
as possible. You will be supplied with login
directions, but if you need further assistance, simply
contact your Technical Advisor and they will guide you.
You may also arrange for group training sessions.
How does it work?
Click on your Internet Browser, enter our login center,
enter your username and password to access your account.
From the login center you will be able to manage all aspects
of your account - share/edit files, view calendar, contacts,
retrieve and send emails, voicemails, and faxes, setup
conference calls, and much more. Contact us at

service?

What will I
need to receive service?
Internet
access.
Is it
difficult to set up?
There is no setup, downloads, or installations involved on
your end at all. Simply supply us with user names and

What kind of support will I receive?
You will be
assigned your personal Technical Advisor to assist you with
support. All support issues should be sent through our
online trouble ticket system, unless you are having a
problem with your Internet. More information will be

Of course, at any time you may add users to your account.
